What you get:

Basic Website

This is a Squarespace website with 1-3 pages. It has:

  • Your information

  • Copywriting about you/your business

  • Images of you/your space

A domain (URL) is included for free for 1 year:

  • If you already have a domain, I can connect it to your new site

  • Don’t purchase a domain before we start! It’s sooo much easier to do that through Squarespace!

A Google Workspace is free for 1 year:

  • This is HIPAA-compliant (if you sign a BAA)

  • This is entirely optional

  • There are pros and cons to purchasing a Workspace through Squarespace

  • I will share these opinions with you in our meeting if you choose coaching

Logo Design

Logo designs must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of design work. This payment is non-refundable.

This is because I will spend hours working on your logo whether it’s what you need or not (I make about $50 per hour on most logos)

Coaching

If you don’t know what you’re looking for, we can spend some time sussing it out.

Especially if you don’t fancy yourself a marketing or an “arty” person, learning how to brand yourself can be meaningful.

Most therapists feel weird about branding their practice and are unsure what will attract more ideal clients to them. Advice from someone who is in private practice with a full caseload could benefit you.

Copywriting

You will find that copywriting can run you $1,000-$3,000 elsewhere.

Most of those people aren’t therapists themselves.

As an elder millennial art therapist, I can speak the language of therapy and design.

I also market you to your ideal audience. This is something that most therapists hate doing:

  1. Hyping yourself up, highlighting your accomplishments with excitement, and valuing your labor

  2. Speaking to peoples’ problems, not the solution. In marketing this is called a “pain point”. This makes most therapists uneasy

We don’t come to therapy when everything is going great. You want to speak to people who are “pre-therapy”.

Basic SEO

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

This is code on the backend of your website that makes it possible for Google and other search engines to find your website.

Over time, if SEO is done well, your site will appear on the first few pages of searches (e.g., “family therapy in Seattle”). This improves your chances of getting a “conversion”. That’s when a potential client goes from their search to your website.

DIY-ing can be ineffective because therapists don’t always know what a client would search for or how to put it in two short sentences. The image here is an example of Pages that appear in a Google search in addition to the Home page of my therapy site.
